i just love north korea, brad is right and awesome and not american at all. gosh i wish i lived in north korea and not america. i am very unconstitutional and brad is not at all. sega is als such a cool company i am going to sell my xbox and buy a dreamcast. hail the dear leader and juche and north korea. _shameless_ is such a cool person and totally north korean.

K, so here's what I've gathered about this suspicious person:
1. "It" has Mexi's avatar, yet not the same IP address.
2. He just created the account, only to find out the user name is spelled wrong.
3. It's Fragon. (a wild guess)
(P.S: like I mentioned before, it's very simple to reset an IP address, that is, if you have access to the router, which I'm assuming she does. So, it makes sense to me if none of the other IP's match his/her/it's IP address.
