I'm using Kmeaw 3.55 CFW. Works pretty good and is extremely easy to install. The difference between this and Wutandrza is that it supposedly works with signed and unsigned homebrew. Multiman has much more features than GAIA Manager right because GAIA Manager is just a backup manager and Multiman has way more according to here http://www.ps3-hacks.com/2011/01/20/multiman-01-13-00-released/. i tried gaia but it kept freezing my ps3 :/ . im in kmeaw too, theres a new(well more like updated) bm out called like rogero or sumtin like tat. that one supposedly allows u to play ur games in "stealth mode" which basically should let u play ur backups on psn worry free. ill hav to giv it a try wen i get home from school tomorro

EDIT: Tried it and I get a black screen. I'll see if it needs the LV2 Patcher. It said it comes with it though.
EDIT: Worked with LV2 Patcher.
EDIT: Didn't work quite right so I think I am going to stick with GAIA Manger for now.
