Hello everyone... I know i havnt been updating like i should have but life gets busy some times and you have to do other stuff like school work and not being able to code for the game Sad

But recently i have recoded some of the script to make the game run faster by setting the CPU to its max on every map....

- News letter conected to a Apache server i set up
- RE-configured menu code
- Adhoc rooms are in the alpha state...
- News letter system will be able to print out text only... not files... not yet

Update #3 (big update)

- PSPs CPU is set to 333"max" for each map (makes the game run fast)
- New loading screens
- Missions (only 2)
- Player skill LVL is added
- Mission icon (!) " when you come accross a mission/person it will show a (!) icon
- Saving (not finished) --> when moving from one map to next it will save all player data to a doc.
- new Credits (broken a bit still works though)
- EXIT in menue works
- Server is offline for a few weeks to get the coding back in... (i deleted the web site files -_-
- World 2 is in planning (smaller than world one but has more things in)
- ADHOC code is writen out just needs to be added in ( GAME LOBBY )
- GAME LOBBY (When in menu, you will have the option to go into a chat room...)
- New controlls soon to make it all flow...
- Anolog will be used for other things (mini games)
- Mini games are in the works as of 2/24/11
- added in a mini game (Slot machine) -5$ to play but jack pot is between 10$ to 1000$
- out of ram for map1....:/
- Saving is almost impossable at this time... (working on it though)
- Planing missions for map2 (not coding map2 untill saving works)

Update #4 (WHAT?? Trey is going all out on this O_O )

Hello everyone so in the past 2 weeks i have now got allot done in the game (collison, actors, staff, new code, missions, new story bored, new ideas and new characters) !!!

So in the past 4 days i have recruted a few friends (johnathin, and Chase G) both story writers and my new voice actors...

Also cut sceens are now a reality... insted of it being an cool animation we will make it as a comic book style slide show... wide screen frame and clean art work... (computer drawn)

Story bored and characters are final at this point in development and all missions are done... now i have to code it all in and that will be arround a week total for coding the full game.... that is if i work non stop... even then we need to make sound effects and go over the scripts for the actors... a few other side people will be editing up the music for us.. and i will be doing all code, grafics and most of the story bored drawing...

expect new pictures and etc to be put on this post allong with a moddb page within the next day or 2....

Mayson Ryan - Player [main charicter]
AJ patell - New Crime syndicate leader... [Takes over your syndicate]
Jhony - Dope dealer with high level conections [gives you names]
Chris W - The snitch [you kill him to get information]
vinnie - Rival Crime boss... [you work for him in the end]

Cross - Buy items in store

L - Rob store "if inside store and if player has a gun"

start - Back to menu
Select - Screen Shot "saves to game folder"



The news letter function is for people on the go and who dont want to bring up the sight to get news on the game....
Soon the news letter will carry out filles for updating... Expected in the next few virsions...

Looks good(Even though I don't like the drug parts)

I think you should just make the game a Shooter, without Drugs. Make it like a GTA game.

Laugh out loud the drug parts are part of the game as a form of cash trade and etc... It's also in my story xD

There mainly firth goal parts... Second thing is when you play in the online lobby you can get drunk, high, and party in adhoc in 2.0 Smile Laugh out loud and I'm also not taking out the robbing the store stuff cuz that code was a pain but it was such an easy fix xD

You can take the drugs now somewhat.... Soon there will be s wifi or adhoc play room for you to host party chats and smoke weed online xD

Update- online download news letter is making good progres so far just have to fine a crappy server to host an image.... Easy... The. I will be moving on to group chat in adhoc... Not sure yet on how It will be set up but I have high expectations Smile
