Currently I haven't found anything to good but I would like to say that the Google Ads use the IFrame software for their ads. IFrame being a feature and not Malicious it's self seams like good news but it's not hackers use the IFrame software to their advantage and that's where the problem is. Anyway. I believe these three color's were changed. (EDIT Just checked and the third color has not been changed but the other two have.)

Now what I think may have happened was that the colors were originally images and used to separate the chat box's color from the forums color and the original images may have been removed. That's the theory anyway. I hope that's right.
Example if I was to change the color.

The original color around the chat box was black and always was black but if I changed the color it turns white.
