I sent this message to YouTube. "I clicked on a link in my YouTube settings (On the Overview tab) that said something on the line of Enable Partnership and monetizing (Something close to that) After I clicked on it, I read some of the information that was given and clicked next. Now my channel is enabled and I didn't mean for this to happen. Before on a different channel (that is now closed) I was looking into monetizing and it asked me to make an ad-scene account but this time it didn't and I don't even have an ad-scene account. Is there a way to disable this completely? I had disabled monetizing on my channel but I want to remove partnership all together. I do video game walkthroughs and I can't make money off that without the right partnership anyway. (I have used some of the Partnership features like scheduled uploading and custom thumbnails but I do not need these features.) I'm not even sure if my channel is Partnered. It does seem like it."
They replied. "Hi,
Thanks for contacting us. Recently, we announced that more creators on YouTube now have the opportunity to become partners. We made this change to provide more creators with access to programs and resources to help them be more successful on YouTube. You are now a YouTube partner if you successfully monetize at least one of your videos.
We recognize that custom thumbnails and banners are sought-after features, and we are working to make these and other features available to more partners over time as we have done with long uploads and monetization.

The only thing they did was confirm that I do have partner status and also that banners will eventually be available to me. I didn't really want to remove my partnership but I was worried about Copy Right since I'm a Let's Player. Guess I'll leave all my vids set to disable monetizing.
