The talk of PSP hasn't really been around this forum since MrGreezy; Halo 4 PSP. MrGreezy went on an indefenent hiatus after his brother, Rain, logged into his account saying Halo 4 PSP will be on hold while MrGreezy goes threw some personal situations. This was back in June of 2013. The PSP scene has slowed down since 2012/2013. Not much homebrew/emulators/plugins/ect has been released since those years but hey! Shreck those tears as I have good news for you! A new perma patch was just released today. It uses a hybred of 6.31 and 6.61 OFW and then either 6.61 LME or PRO C.
In short! This uses the old fashion hybrid method for CFW. Fun thing is that you can switch between PRO C and LME at will! The even cooler thing is that it's compatible with almost every PSP! (Just not the E1000 for now)
Link
Note that it seems to break CXMB and you'll have to manually edit your conf.txt to fix it.
Davee did a great job! 6.61 Infinity as he likes to call it, is supposed to better then 6.20LME, the last one that had a perma patch for the 2000+.
